Fusheng acquires American compressor manufacturing plant, Curtis-Toledo Inc., to form FS-Curtis; a foothold is gained in the American market and an assembly base set up in America.

Fusheng establishes FS EUROPE GmbH to open up European markets.
Fusheng establishes FS-Precision Tech Co., LLD to acquire assets of the Victoria plant of Coastcast Corp. mainly to expand the titanium alloy casting core technology-related business and develop related products in the North American market.

2003

FUSHENG CO., LLC (Shanghai) and Japan Hokuetsu Industries Co.,Ltd. partner together to establish a joint venture, FS Airman (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Fusheng establishes FS-Elliot CO., LLC to acquire assets from PAP Department of Elliott Co., U.S.A. for the production of centrifugal air compressors.
Fusheng sets up a golf club production plant in Ho Chi Minh City.

2002

Fusheng Zhongshan plant produces lead frames by a full stamping process while Hsinchu plant completes a heat treatment production line.
Fusheng acquires Sitron Precision Co., Ltd.

Fusheng acquires Getmore Precision Co., Ltd. and combines it with Fusheng Zhongshan plant to form the Electronics Division for production of IC lead frames.

2000

Fusheng expands its production and assembly line of air compressors through the establishment of more factories in Mainland China and successively obtains ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications

Fusheng becomes the largest supplier of golf club heads in the world.

The Securities and Futures Bureau of the Ministry of Finance approves the listing of Fusheng\\\'s shares.
Fusheng (Vietnam) Industrial Co., Ltd. is founded in Ho Chi Minh City.

Fusheng Zhongshan Plant transfers mould production technology from Getmore Precision Co., Ltd.
Fusheng establishes Fucheng Electromechanics Co., Ltd. in Zhongshan.

Fusheng establishes Fusheng Industrial（Shanghai）CO.,Ltd. in Shanghai.
Taoyuan plant adds a titanium casting golf club head production line.

A manufacturing plant in Taoyuan establishes an automatic casting production line for golf club heads.
Fusheng establishes Beijing Fusheng Machinery CO.,Ltd. in Beijing.

Zhongshan Worldmark Sporting Goods Co.,Ltd is inaugurated.

Sitron Precision Co. Ltd. is founded, specializing in lead frame etching and sourcing technology from the Industrial Technology Research Institute.

Fusheng invested in Conexpo Limited, Hong Kong, and subsequently established Zhongshan Worldmark Sporting Goods Manufacturing Factory.
Tomson Industrial Co., Ltd. and Liang Sheng Industrial Co., Ltd. have been merged into Fusheng Co., Ltd. and integrated into the Sports Equipment Division.

Fusheng invests in Getmore Precision Co., Ltd. to become the first IC lead frame manufacturer in Taiwan.

A plant in Kaohsiung City is purchased to form Nelson Precision Casting Co., Ltd.(sports equipment division) to manufacture golf club heads.
